How we handle your data.

What we collect
This site has no accounts, no cart and no payment step, so there is very little to collect.
- Contact form — the name, the email address or phone number you give us, the topic and the message. It is sent to our inbox by e-mail and nowhere else.
- Newsletter field — not connected to anything yet. Nothing you type there is stored or sent.
- Saved items — the heart on a product saves that colourway in your own browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
- Server logs — our host, Cloudflare Pages, records requests (IP address, time, page, browser) for security and traffic reporting.
What we use it for
To answer you, and to fulfil or quote an order you asked about. We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing to a contact-form address unless you asked us to.
Who else sees it
The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes the message to our inbox. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of the request. Hosting is Cloudflare Pages. Clicking through to Zaviago, Shopee, Lazada, LINE, Instagram or Facebook hands you to that company, under its own policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising trackers at the time of writing. If that changes, this notice changes with it and you will be asked where the law requires it.
Your rights under PDPA
Under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act you may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw consent, or object to how it is used. Message LINE @subscrub or use the contact form and we will action it.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages stay in our mailbox while the enquiry is open and for as long as we may need them for an order or a tax record. Ask us to delete a message and we will.
